Refund policy

Original Paintings All original paintings are final sale. Because each piece is one of a kind and requires specialized packaging and handling, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about a piece — we're happy to provide additional photos, video, or details to help you feel confident in your decision.

Exception — Damaged Artwork If your original painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@maytealquicira.com with photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and return shipping costs will be covered in full.

Prints & Editions Prints and limited editions may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@maytealquicira.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

European Union Customers If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. This applies to prints and editions only, as original paintings are final sale.
