The purchase of an artwork transfers physical ownership of the piece only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or any other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or use any artwork for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Mayte Alquicira.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of any artwork will be considered copyright infringement and may be subject to legal action.

Section 4 — Originals & Inquire to Acquire Original paintings marked "Inquire to Acquire" are available by inquiry only. Shipping costs for originals are quoted separately based on artwork size, required packaging (box or crate), and destination. A sale is considered final upon receipt of full payment, including agreed shipping costs. All original painting sales are final — please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Section 5 — Prints & Editions Prints and limited editions are available for direct purchase through the site. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery per our Refund & Return Policy.

Section 6 — Accuracy of Information We make every effort to display artwork colors and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be fully accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Section 7 — Pricing & Payment Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information for all purchases. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
